Street ride today- what's better?
I am looking for some opinions. Going riding and trying to decide on a ride through north cascade highway to Winthrop, or ride to Mt Rainier. We'll be on a 11' Speed triple,11' R1 . I want to be able to open them up a little, but also have nice view's, places to stop, etc.
I have been through the N. Cascades several times, but never to MT Rainier. Anybody in the PNW have some good road trip advice? Thanks

How about 410 to 123, down to Ohanapecosh. Ride Stevens Canyon Rd. around to Paradise. You can exit the park on the Nisqually side, and take Hwy 7 through Ashford, Elbe, Eatonville, & finally Tacoma. Ridden the Rainier loop a couple times this year. You could take 410 up & straight over to Yakima. Head north on I-82 to I-90 via Ellensburg and make a generally straight run for home. Either would be scenic.
