Well I finally did it. I bought a 1999 ec250. It is a great looking bike and from what I can tell a great running bike. I will have a ride report (like you guys need it) on Sunday. This is the first non-jap bike I have ever owned. I made the switch because I am a diehard 2stroker and the japanese have done nothing in the way of a woods ready 2stroke for years so I felt the choice to go was easy.

Have fun on your "new to you" GasGas. Just remember to do a search before asking most questions as they have been asked before.

Congratulations on your new (to you) ride.

You'll most likely find this forum group (GasGasRider.org) a "breath of fresh air," as compared to other forums, as our enthusiasm for the GasGas name easily outweighs some of the BS politics you'll find on other internet sites.

The GasGas EC200 is a great bike that can easily be tuned to different riding styles. Like Loosenut said just do some searches to find the information your looking for.

Now go out there and ride that baby.
