Got the Alpinestars + their chest protector last year. Love it.

When properly adjusted the Leatt doesn't sit near the collar bone nor the adams apple.
My neck is 17.5 " and I have a prominent Adams apple. The Leatt brace was adjusted as big as it would go. It felt very irritating. Not for me.

The Omega is very comfy.

Put in a 5 hr single track ride mixed with burning in some new trail. And the brace was great. I could tell I was wearing it, but it didn't interfere with riding. At the beginning I did fidget and adjust it a bit more and then it settled right in. I was afraid it was going to feel like this.........

Very comfortable now and I can look almost over my shoulders and can tilt my head back a descent amount. Just have to wait til I get off work for a test run. I do have my bike with me here, maybe I could zip across the field in back of the station

I've been using a Leatt for 6-7 years now. I'm on my second one. (lost my first one). The only issue I have with it, is that I can't easily turn my head around all the way when trying to look back behind me. Other than that, no issues & I feel naked without it.
It also works very good with my Zac-speed chest protector/backpack, as the shoulder pads actually snap into place in the sides of the Leatt, holding everything down and in place.

Oh man!!! Yes we do. But, the next day at work was spent inside a flashover chamber for 5 hours.

It might sound a little cushy but I'm away from my family for 48 hrs. at a time, so we get a little creature comforts at the station.

Just an update on the Omega brand neck brace. Put in 30+ miles on a ride with Twowheels and the brace didn't bother me at all. Been doing a lot of local tight twisty single track and it has been just a good in that terrain. I am really digging the open front design of the brace.

Have been using the Omega for a year.Takes a while to set it up correctly initially, but if it is set right you don't notice wearing it.I have tested it.Worked well.

I have read a few product reviews of the omega that are a few years old and their common complaint was the adjustment being difficult and the clips being flimsy, has this been improved

Leatt lowered the profile of their brace, split the pads, and is making claims about being intentionally rigid. Atlas is touting their flexibility ...
