What slide and needles in '05 MC250?

I've done some searching, and come up empty handed, so I figured I'd just ask. What slide and needles came in my stock '05 MC250?

While I'm at it, I'm experiencing a drop in top end power, accompanied by sputtering, and I imagine that I need to re-jet due to switching to Sunoco GT100 race fuel from 91 pump gas. Would I be correct?
