Default Steering Stem Nut

I am having issues with my steering stem nut coming loose, have had to tighten a few times last season and likes to work itself loose after several rides. 2011 Nambo

Anyone else dealing with this? Thinking on maybe some medium strength locktite to keep it from working loose..??
