Default spark plug help ec 125

I have a ec 125 anybody know what the correct spark plug is for this bike?

BR9ES or BR9EG or BR9EIX.

Whats it got in it now?

thanks for reply. it has one of those in it atm but when i was out on a ride the otherday i took out the spark plug that was init and gave it to my mate and im sure he said it was a br10? and it was definitly running better with the br10 in it than the br9 thats in it now. whats the differences?

With NGK plugs the lower the number the hotter the heat range, so a BR10** is a colder plug than a BR9**. If it runs better with a 10 than a 9, I would think it might be slightly lean.

Yeah it could definitely be this after abit of research the symptoms seem to point that way. The bike seems to have less of a powerband now almost like its hitting a limmiter now where as it never used too. how do i go about sorting this?

Start a post in the jetting forum, there's not much info specifically for the 125s, but if you post the jetting you have at the moment and your elevation and temps, as well as how the bike seems to be running now, plug colour is helpful too. There are a few clued up guys who can kind of point you in the right direction with jetting.
