Default sachs fork rebound adjuster

Hello everyone.
Does anyome find a way to replace the rebound adjuster of Sachs front fork?
I cant find a replacemente part and asking to cnc shops, they find it difficult to make one from scratch.

I suspect you have stripped the thread. When that happened to mine @twowheels got some machinists to fix it. think they welded in the threaded part and re-threaded it or pressed on a sleeve and threaded it, not sure, but it worked.

Try another machinist and then be careful from now on!!

Given the things available.. I'd look into having one 3D printed.

It's reassembly where people crank the cap down within the inner thread being started into the damper rod that causes it to cross thread.

I know, because I too have done it! Mine was salvaged with some silver solder to build the material back up and then new threads cut.

The threads are fine. But the head, where the you put the scredriver is snapped. Im sure that lot of people have this kind of problem with this part.
And its not available in the market and I cant find a way to built it up from the start neither.
Is 3D printing an option? Is there a machinery shop where I can send the 3D draw and built it again?
