Looks like some kind of Camel Trophy... Nowadays it would be imposible to get the permisions to organice a competition like that

At least 2 of them were dakar finishers, Simon Pavey in team GB and Maria Sandell in the girls team. Looks tough!

It is close to Barcelona (Spain), I still cross under the highway and ride on those mountains, but no so extrem. It is ilegal and I got some fines every now & then.
