03 ec 200 ec oil quanity

How much oil does it take? The manual says 1000 cc and it seems to over fill it. Ant help??

My manual says 1000cc and others I see says 900cc?? Whats up?
Also is rotella t syn 5-40 a good choice??

in the online manual which i downloaded it says 900cc's. this is what ha sbveen run in my 03 Ec200 since it was bought new. i have heard that running to much gearbox oil can cause or be part of clutch drag. i reckon 900cc's is the way to go
