It says in parts crossover that a kx pedal will work with mods. Has anyone out there done this? What kind of mods & what year kx pedal. Thanks

Why would you even want to do that? After years of dealing with cheesy Kawi controls that wear out rattle and shake!

Because the guy at go fasters told me a brake pedal was $165

That cant be right can it? Who did you talk to? If it is correct go ahead and use the kawi one, its not rocket science! If you can write your name in the dirt with a stick, One would think it should be very straight forward.

HTS-2000 aluminum brazing rod, ($65/lb.) and Burnzomatic MAPP tourch from Home Depot will repair shifters and brake pedals for years, providing you have the pieces.
