Smile front brakes

hi guys, had a little issue today with the fluid in the front. After a lot of steep downhills i went to grab a handfull of front brake, i had boiled the fluid and the lever went all the way to my grip, nothing there. As a result i locked up the rear and went up a bank i wasn't intending on doing.

Any recommendations on a better fluid or particular brand, bikes just on 20 hours from new so still stock fluids in brake lines

cheers

Maxima dot 4 rbf 600 series. You will melt the disk before boiling the fluid ( not really)

awesome, cheers. also has anyone tried sintered pads and removed the brake light switch to improve brake feel? the stock feels very progressive. my old bike had brembo's and would lock on really easily.

brake light switch has been proven many times to mess with the brakes, replace it with a non-switch type. (i think the one i got was from an RMZ450)

did you replace the master cylinder or just blank off the port with a brass plug or shorter banjo bolt?

Just source a Honda banjo bolt. Remove the switch and fit the banjo. Makes a world of difference to feel at the lever.
