4 stroke 400 parts

Bought bike long time ago had very low hours sat in a basement then wouldn't start
I gave it 20 minutes trying then put it away and starting taking parts for my bikes
Outside case where kicker is is cracked
Everything else should be good mechanically I remember compressions good I can't remember if it was fuel or spark I wasn't getting
Anyway all that's left is frame engine electronics ohlins and forks
Located in Massachusetts
