I have a brand new 260 mm disc that was for my 2001 EC300. It also fits my 2007 EC300. IF you need it let me know. I bought it as a spare from Jim Cook when he ran Smackover Motorsports back in the day.

Maybe a cross over from whatever model bike the showas came from?

Can you modify or build a new caliper bracket?

I did something similar on my old 06 EC200. Swapped in a KYB fork from a Yamaha with 250mm brake disc. I ended up making a bespoke 250mm brake disc (by water jet cutting).

I suggest you look into that option. Water jet cutting (or laser) cutting is a cheap and simple process if you are able to find someone to do it. I did the drawing myself and just delivered the drawing to the cutters. They cut the disc from 4mm stainless steel (I think the quality is called 304).

Ebay to the rescue!

Tusk makes one for $119 and if you look at the bikes it fits you can can see that it crosses over to Beta, KTM Husqvarna and Husaberg.
