New ECU?? '03 EC400 FSE

Hi,
I have searched all the threads for solutions to my bike having no spark or fuel and the only solution left is a dud ECU. I have checked all the relays and switches and have confirmed all the power and inputs are getting to the ECU but i am getting nothing out of the ECU.

My main reason for the thread is to see if anyone out there knows of a wrecker or dealer that can supply me a ECU. Im in Sydney and would like to hang a new ECU in to test to see if i can at least get the EFI relay to work with ignition on.
