48mm correct? Will they fit the new 48mm Zokes?

Glenn. I have not had the opportunity to check them with mrz forks. They slip right into kyb forks and will not work with kyb.
Wp wiper fit the same way with kyb....too loose.

Yes ....48mm....sorry

Do you have some forks apart to measure?

What is the difference between these and the previous ones? Are they any easier to slide into the outer tubes?

An off topic question, I have your flex seals and sliders in my forks and have about 30-40hrs on them with no issues (still no air buildup in the forks) and am about to change my oil and replace bushes, but while I have a spare set of seals I amreluctant to change them because I don't have enough time before the Roof to break them in-they started quite sticky-do you think I am taking a big risk?

Rob,

Well the KYB seals and bushings fit the new Zokes. I'm popping my wipers off this week to clean underneath, so I'll measue them plus the upper tube ID best I can. Those OEM Zoke seals are snug, ZERO, I mean no air buildup in the fork yet.

You will be ok to remove the flex seals without damaging them.....this is another great thing with these seals. You can reuse them over and over as long as they are not damaged.
Always imspect the od and id lips.

You will also find that they will be very smooth and slippery with no stiction issues and they will continue to not be "air suckers" like all other seals oit there.

Rob
