Older Silencer fit 07-08 ?

I just got an 07 EC300 and wanted to replace the silencer with an FMF. I found a good deal on one but it fits an 05. My question is does the 03-06 silencer fit the new subframe on the 07 bikes?

Not without some bending, but I have seen it done. I'd just get the '07 FMF TC2 if you need a spark arrestor. Fits decent just a bit snug on the OEM GG pipe stinger.
