Default Bar riser/spacer

It seems like I read a post on here that a member was machining spacers to raise the bars on a Gas Gas. I need a .400" spacer to replace the washer stack I've been using on my 03 EC200. I bought a grade 12 shoulder bolt and the spacer has to be that exact length with a 10mm hole.

I used some of this stuff with good results. Easy to work with as well.

I machined some spacers at about 1.5" tall by 1.25" dia, I am fairly tall at 6'3", made riding much more comfy as I've had back problems.

Did you use aluminum, and would you consider making a pair for me? My son who is 6'6" rides this bike more than me and the .400" of spacing along with higher bars seems to be about perfect for him.

I machined up some 10mm in length - that's all that fits on the stock bolt while allowing the nylock to engage.

Tried them with the TwinWalls and they were too tall for my 5'11" body. Worked well with the cross-bar-less 2010 and 2011 OE bars.

PM me if you want a set.

10mm = .393"

If you have another pair I'll buy them off of you.
