Default 07 ec250 Front bearings different

Hi - I ordered a front bearing kit for my 07 ec250, and received 6905 bearings as expected from reading here.
Took the wheel off today and the current bearings are 6004NSE - which most posts on here say are for the rear

My bike has Ohlins forks, is this the reason for the difference?
Should I just ask for a 6004 "kit" to get the right ones? (does the "NSE" matter?). Are the seals special, or will any 6004 kit have the right seals?

Sorry for so many questions, any help much appreciated - cheers, Matt.

Edit: hmmm, found that 2RS & NSE mean the same thing, so thats a start!

The ohlins fork must use a 20mm axle.
The marzocchi fork on most 07s uses a 25mm axle, the spacers are probably different sizes too.
6004 20x42x12
6905 25x42x9
2RS means 2 rubber seals.
I dont think there is a '6004 kit'.
I would give the kit back to the dealer who supplied it, saying it doesnt fit. They will send it back to the supplier and get a refund. Then go to a local bearing shop and buy some nachi, skf, fag or any name brand bearing. Heck, your local bike shop might have a supply of common bearings in stock, I know mine does.

Thanks - the 6004-2rs bearings look pretty common. Any idea about the seals? I'll take them with me, I'm hoping they are a generic part and not a hard to get item

Edit: phew, seals look common as well, 25-42-7mm. Happy now

I second hitting the local bearing shop. Nothing like paying less coin for higher quality japanese bearings which will give you more life. Nachi's for me!
