05 EC250 Clutch Adjustment Problem
I have a new left over 05 EC250 (less that 2 hours on it). I have tried to adjust the clutch at the lever because I have to pull the lever almost to the grip before the clutch disengages. Kind of a pain in the tight stuff. Anyone have an idea on the problem?

It could be because the bike sat so long without being ridden and the plates are sticking. My bike was a leftover too and the clutch was really grabby at first, but after i dumped in gear a few times it loosened up.
You may want to try bleeding the clutch too. It can't hurt to know that there is no air in the system. You could always pull it apart and loosen the plates too. Maybe someone else may have advise before you have to go that far.
