Do U just stick them in a vice and bend however much U cut the bars? Heat them up first?

You would think that T.E. would have bark busters preformed for each different handlebar they sell since they only have 3 or 4 different bends but that may not be the case. Mine which I ordered as a set did not come close to matching the handlebars. They are also too long - even though my bars are uncut the barkbusters need about 3/4 inch cut off each one so I can see and operate the buttons on my enduro computer.

So Gasser did U leave any material at the end of the slot, or is it open now? I wonder if U asked, they might send the barkbusters out still in blank form? Cut your own slot?

Well mine should ship tomorrow now, I think it took so long because I requested white hand guards and I guess they usually only ship black.

Good luck.

I ordered white hand guards and waited. They sent me black hand guards.

They only sell black I think. Crashed hard last weekend. Bars and guards unscathed. When I installed I cut bars to 30.5". Guards fit perfectly with KTM bend.

I went 30.5
remember, the guards don't insert into the end of the bars. The guard straddles and pinches the end. So, whatever you cut is what you get overall.
