Default Rear wheel bearing ?

I have an '05 250 de. When I removed the the bearings from the sprocket side, I did not see the spacer that was supposed to be in between the two bearings. I looked at the article on this website and did not see the spacer in the parts shown. I guess my question is should there be a spacer?

Yes, '03+ should have it. Look in the parts manual, its still there for '07 on all the bikes.
