SHowa 47mm USD forks on a '04 EC250 (with picts)
Hi all:
1st of all, sorry for my poor english, I'm spanish. I just purchased an '04 EC250 and the fork was a mess, so I decided to install an USD SHowa TC forks from a Suzuzi RM125 Not that hard, you need to "drill" upper clamp from 54 to 55 mm and the lower clamp from 57mm to 58.5mm Nesxt step is to get a Nissin support from a suzuki Rm or DRZ (widely Left GG support, right Suzuki holder. You will need a 250mm front disk or get a DRZ/RM 10mm caliper relocator I got a 250mm disk from spanish company Nagesti (ref. NG606). The bike is performing WODERFUL!!!! have fun, j. |
