Default Lean Condition uphill!

Hello guys! Trying to figure out how to solve my problem. Here my specs:

GasGas EC250 2011 2t
Pilot: 45
Main: 173
Air filter: Twin Air
Air bolt: 1 1/2
Gas ratio: 1,5%
Needle: default clip position

Well guys, my bike start easy even after a week inside garage. Everything ok, good power, come up in 3rd gear very easy.
The problem? When i enter in a long way uphill or a place where i need to use the throttle the engine, after some minutes, start to rev up, and become lean. I mean, when i need to call the "monster" the bike appear to "knock" the piston, lean, like the air-mixture was with so much air.
Checked: pilot 40 to 45 - Rubber who connect the carb to the vforce changed - o-rings from exhaust changed - carb cleaned - radiators with Motocool.
Maybe the inginition side crank seal? An air leak? Flow level? Checked the 16mm for PWK 38, but appear to be less gas than actual setting inside carb.
Thanks and sorry for my bad english. Cheers!

Sounds like your float level is see too low. If it is a 2011 bike you most likely have the AS2 carb (flat top cap that is held on with two screws/allen head bolts and has a shallower carb bowl. These carbs require a float height of approx 8.5mm.

That's right! This is my carb. I will clean my bike in a few moments and posts some pictures of my float/carb. Thanks for the fast answer and help my friend!

And a 172/175 main is on the lean side of things for sustained WOT runs on a 250. You also didn't mention which needle and clip position, as well as where you are working throttle wise when its occurring (ie half throttle? 3/4 throttle?)

Jakobi the clip is on the middle position. I will check the needle model soon I finish the cleaning process. Also I feel the leaning process in 1/3 of throttle. I never pass this when I feel she is lean. Some minutes and I will check needle and post some pictures. Thanks for the answer and help my friend.

Hello guys! Sorry for delay.
My needle: N1EF
Carb: PWM 38
Reeds: Vforce 3
The fact: always when i hold the throttle for example, i feel the lean condition. After some "hard condition" when you need to feed the monster, the idle grows up like "Tan, tan, tan, tan". Appears to me a fuel problem.
Another fact, i never can set my idle perfect. Stay at 600rpm (an example), after 30 seconds, downs to 100rpm and engine stop.
Cheers!

Stock needle is no good.

Have a read of my thread for my setup of 2013 250R. It includes going through the carb and some jetting specs. http://www.gasgasrider.org/forum/showthread.php?t=16254

I will try to adjust the float again.
Another thing, Jakobi. After some pictures look on the internet, i saw some difference on the wire on the float needle. Mine looks like a paper clip, inflicting some pressure in the plate of the needle. This is right? Some job quick draw (thanks Galaxy Note). The others appear to be plain.
Take a look, please.

From memory the wire clip just floats over the tab and the needle floats between the seat. When setting the float height the carb needs to be tipped over to where the needle rests against the seat, but before the jet depresses.

Another quick question: you are a motorcycle mechanic, Jakobi? I ask because i saw some pictures. All dismounted and mounted again.
Cheers!
