4 strokes...

powerful, light, cheap, reliable....... pick one...

i sold a yzf when i bought my 01 300.. it lookd very nice.. the guy asked me why in the world i was selling it..
told him..."everytime i throw a leg over this bike, i have in the back of my mind... is this the day this bike breaks and i cant afford to fix it..."

I helped Ryan Sipes push his Yamaha back to the pits last year after he blew up the motor during practice a couple of days before Freestone. Hole was in the same place as that one.

Four strokes-- heavier, louder, more expensive, less reliable, harder to work on, less powerful.... other than that they are great.

When you string out the 4 strokes to run MX its just asking for trouble.. I like working on 2 strokers more but running a 03 250 gasgas down the highway 12-15 miles at 65mph is not any fun either.. 4 strokes have their place,, my exc can do 75 easy,, 85 if I push it.. could never do that on my gasgas.. I'm still going to get another one.. I have my exc as a DS bike..

I wonder which one of the other big 4 made that video? you can clearly hear that there is very little to no oil in it. Probably Ryan Dungy after getting spanked by Ryan Villapoto.

For sale used Kawasaki in great shape, not raced or ridden hard.

You might be on to something there, it does seem staged. Very little oil comes out. 2 camera angles, and it was the first start attempt in that field. But, was there a second shooter on the grassy knoll?

Good thing it comes with a skid plate to catch the parts for you.
