Default 2012 Replacement grips/brake pads...

I contacted my dealer about replacement OEM brake pads (I like the feel) and replacement OEM grips (which, again, feel great)...
I can't find the Pro-Grip 3-digit model number on the grips, and he said that so far, by ordering from the OEM part number, he's received 3 different grips... Anyone have the 3-digit numbers?
And for OEM brake pads, he quoted me over $200 for fronts and rears...
Any suggestions on replacements?
Thanks in advance!
Sean

The stock pads are good but I just use EBCs for $35.

Yeah, I got that from Rob, but honestly, I've never had very good luck from EBC pads... granted, all of my EBC experience is on streetbikes.

Interested to hear other options...

You could always wander down to your local Yamaha dealer (gasp) and order some stock sintered pads. May not be exactly the composition of what they supply GasGas but it's bound to be close.

Ebc sintered, work as good/better than stock, they moan till they warm up, seem to wear ok.

Cheers.

I overheat mine easy, and my rotor is blue. I have to switch to organics and see how long they last with the wave rotor. I'm probably a little rough on brakes though.
