Default 2015 seat on a 2013 300?

I broke my seat pan on my 13 300 last week. Anybody know if the15 seat will bolt up?

I could find out easy enough. I have a 2015 seat wrapped in my spares bin, and a 2013 bike in the shed.

...but I don't feel like unwrapping it

Check the parts fish.. ? I'm guessing they're the same.

Don't know. Haven't tested it, but it would be hard pressed to be firmer. OEM could not provide new foam, so I bought a whole seat. Was quite reasonably priced. I should have fitted my heavy duty cover when it turned up. Knee braces have raped the cover and foam down both sides.

I thought I'd read the 15 seat was softer, and I thought I saw pics where the seat cover was much cooler... both of which would be nice to have, but it has to bolt up first.

Jakobi, do you recall about what you spent on the seat, or where you ordered it from?

I bought it through my Australian importer/distributer/picked up via local dealer. Can't remember the price, but do remember it being comparable to what a seat cover and foam would typically cost if I were to source them after market. I can check that figure later for you.

Looks like you really want me to unwrap it... my poor new seat will never be the same!

Don't unwrap it! I'm sure it will fit!

I called a couple dealers today, the 15 seat is backordered indefinitely.

I guess I'll need to look to Europe.

Which place is it that many in the US successfully order from?
