Default Shiver 45 base valve

After tearing down the forks I noticed the base valves are not the same. Its not the valve but the part that threads in the bottom of the fork that's different. One has a nut holding it together and the other has a bolt. Pretty sure the one with the nut is the right one for the forks. The bolted one has the little spring compressed so much that the shim has a lot of pressure on it and that shim is cracked. I'm guessing this this is going to be hard to to find. Anyone ever run into this? Anyone know where to get a new one? Anyone have a used one they would be willing to part with? Thanks or the help.

I don't know much about it. I'm at least the 3rd owner and the first one raced it. It has an mx-tech sticker on the shock and the valving is not stock in the forks. The suspension was so jacked up when I got it. Sag was 1/4" with a 5.2 spring and I now find out the fork springs are around .38 so she was a bit twitchy. I bought it for a song last fall and have spent the winter completely rebuilding the bike. Finding this really bums me out cause I love this bike and I don't want some frankenforks. This has to be a Marzocchi part, right??? Maybe a 45 shiver for a different bike? Somebody has to have one!!!!!
