So the 'Setup Manual' isn't available on the GasGas website?

Yes, it'd be great to have a copy, thanks.

I'll PM you.

All the best, Dave.

Sorry for "steering" you in the wrong direction on the spacer orientation Dave.

I ran them the correct way for 100 odd hours until they(seals lips) started wearing grooves in the spacers then turned them around for fresh spacer surfaces!

Many thanks Doc Brown for the Setup Manual.

So now I see it's actually the manual supplied to dealers, who will remove a new bike from the crate and build up it ready for sale. Interesting.

All the best, Dave.

My pleasure Dave! I actually got it as a dealer tried to explain why the wheel spacers have been installed in the wrong direction. On the pictures you can see that (at least) one of the spacers is attached to the wheel spokes with a zip tie. If the technician isn't informed he will install them with the flared side facing the forks....

CU

Thanks for the manual Doc.

Funny thing is that reading it I was supposed to have all these parts removed and "given to the customer".

I've been looking for a front brake pivot bolt for a few weeks now since I busted the original handguards and put barkbusters on. Out to the shed, open the bag and I have a new pivot bolt and covers for the levers.

Happy with that.
