Mark Tracy sent me a photo a while back of the bike he rides - it is an mc125 (and it is yellow). I'll post it in the photo gallery...

Fred rode an EC 250 at the Caney Creek National.

He mentioned that they built a few 144cc bikes based on the 125.
But,the exhaust port bridge would crack due to the bigger bore.

He had a full light kit on the MC125. Wouldn't that make it a DE125 now? What's the difference between the MC and DE bikes? I thought both had smaller flywheels with the MC not getting lights... but his had lights.

De is just an EC with a lighter flywheel and the dealers don't put on all the street stuff like blinkers and switch controls. I believe the MC's have stiffer suspension and different (Closer??) gear ratio's.

He started with the 200. He has ridden the 250 and the 125. When he was with Husky he would ride both the 125 and 250 as well. Usually the 250 in the rocks, and the 125 in the tight NJ pine barrens.
