Never had problems with the OEM spacer!
I would by original.

OEM should be fine.
Check out GoFasters (site sponsor). They have a hardened left side they sell. The right side is on backorder right now.

I'd try the ones from Checkpoint.
http://checkpointoff-road.com/store.html I found those after I bought OEM to replace my extremely worn spacers. I'll find out how they fared when I tear the bike down in a couple months.

Matt Stavish at checkpoint offroad had hardened ones as well.

I had the checkpoint ones and just recently switched to the SKF wheel seal kit. checkpoint lasted longer than oem with regards to grooving, the SKF i have not had for long, but the fact that the seal turns with rather than against the spacer means the spacer will last longer - still to see if the seal lasts

-SKF spacers are meant to go down with their bearings.
That's why they come together (and cost double ) the groves were insane (and so was the bearing that came out in pieces) -Checkpoint spacers last much longer than stock. beware : SKF rear spacer has larger outside diameter than the stock/checkpoint ones. It will not fit stock/allballs seals! make sure you have a checkpointer handy if you have another brand for spares in a race. |
