Default Clutch not engaging - 06

Hi, I cannot get my hydraulic clutch to work on my EC 125 2006.
I have tried to bleed it many times and it has quite good pressure in my opinion. Also I have ziptied the lever to the handlebars for like 2 days but doesnt help.
I can hear the clutch springs release on the bike when I pull the clutch, and it almost Works but it still doesnt engage fully since I cant stop freely without the bike stalling, kick it in gear or shift freely.
Is it still air in the system? Why doesnt it work?
The lever has full range of motion and good play since I adjusted it.
I mean either way, I shouldnt have to pull the lever all the way in, it should engage like mid way. Its way easier shifting that way aswell.
My guess is that I cant bleed but ive tried multiple times.
I need help from the pros 😅

So it should have mineral oil in it not brake fluid I assume, but not sure for 125.

On filler cap it will tell you. If you've put the reverse in you will need seals.

Oh my days. I am looking at enduropuro and it says that they use dot oil for models to 2005. Meaning my 2006 will need mineral.
Though my cap is black and says I need dot 4, but I am starting to think that some previous owner has made a mistake and bought that one, or because it is cheaper, cause it the end they are the same.
I think I am going to try to use mineral oil.
Now, what seals do I need to replace? Not leaking anything. I do have extra O-rings for the slave cylinder.
Edit: No, my thinking must be incorrect. If I was using the wrong fluids, seals would have failed and it should be leaking, but it isnt so it must be brake fluid

You can only trust the cap, it would be unfortunate in the extreme if some clown swapped it.

My slave had two o_rings on the slave. Try that if you already have them. Then look at rebuild of master cylinder. The adjuster should have a little play but adjust it in a bit to see if you are there.

Parts diagram is always good to see if there's a shim or ball bearing you might have missed in the clutch assembly or pushrod etc.

Those can be very hard to bleed.

This is the regular way on an 07 Gasser.

Default Its a Pain Sometimes

On my 2011, I pumped my clutch lever until I was blue in the face. I had to back bleed mine with a syringe.

I went through almost the same thing on my '11. I could feel the clutch m/c push the clutch but not enough. I tried everything and nothing worked. Ended up figuring I needed to rebuild or replace the master. Bought a new master through CPD and all is good now.

Default Swollen????

I dont know what to do from here to be honest. Im trying to spend as little as possible, at the same time im trying to get this finished within 1.5weeks since im taking my license and I want to go riding with my friend.
Is this M/C seal swollen or is it normal? If it is swollen, I need mineral oil, else, I think the clutch needs better bleeding.
Also. When I ziptie the clutch to the handlebar over night, and next day, still ziptied, the clutch seems to be good since I can e.g kickstart in first gear.
Though when I release the ziptie and pump the clutch 2 times, its like normal again. Just wondering if that could mean something.
I think im just going to let someone better bleed this for me though so I know if that's the problem

Sounds like it needs a rebuild.

Can't tell from your pics if they are swollen. What does your cap say on top?
