lighting problem

Hi I have a 2006 ec 300. The problem is when lights are on they flicker . Not brighter as it is revved but bright and dim from tick-over all the way up. Any ideas. It is a bit like a dodgy connection ,but I have checked and cleaned everything I can see. Help I'm going mad.

The rectifier could be on its way out my orange bike did that before it died.Is it blowin up bulbs yet?
