mc 65 sprockets rear and front

Does anyone know if the sprocket the mc65 uses, are used by any other bikes or makes. I mean offcourse the front and rear wheelsprocket.
My son has left the small wheels to big wheels and so to drive better i need a larger rear sprocket (52)
