Let me ride it some more yet. I may go back to the lighter spring yet for comparisons sake too. Just depends if I can be bothered flipping the subframe.

Well following on from last post. I went to the lighter spring and its OK! but a bit too much preload on it. Still a bit harsh overall too.

Pulled the shock tonight and will be revalving it, setting it up with the heavier spring again, less preload, less HSC and then we'll see how she rides. Should be nice I imagine.

Haven't updated this thread in a while. Many more kms on the old girl now. Looking at the pics of her when new, she's hardly recognisable.

Still using 40 NEDW#2 175/178 on the jetting front.
Still using the 50T rear sprocket and 13T front.
Seat is torn to bits. Plastics scratched.
Ohlins 888 hasn't been revolved in ages. Beefed up the rebound significantly.
Marzocchi forks ate themselves. Replaced with KYB SSS *search thread*
Been through a few consumables (brake pads, pistons, chains, sprockets etc).
Been reliable as a stone.

Speedo sometimes doesn't clock up kms (magnet gets bent away a little).. but reads around 5200kms.. must be around 150hrs now.. none of which have been kind.
