Default Pinhole leak in radiator - suggestions

Any recommendations on what type of fix for radiator pinhole leak? It's on bottom of radiator, on what I would call the tank. I'm thinking an epoxy that adheres well to aluminum would do the trick. I believe the material is too thin to weld?

A good welder should be able to fix it. I've had luck with JB weld on radiators as well. Just make sure it's clean and don't use the 5 min stuff.

Although I've done a few successful engine case fixes with the 5 min stuf out on the trail.

I bought a set of those ebay Chinese radiators for $115 (pair). They are awesome...very beefy and polished to a mirror shine.

Just saying.

Decent welder fix it easy. If you did epoxy, you want to try create a bigger hole- yeah really, and mushroom it in as a plug so it can't fall off. Cleanliness is a must.

GPI radiator is a chinese brand. I bought them after two separate radiators did the same as yours.
Stock GG rads are not very good to put it politely.
The chinese ones are bigger deeper and wider and seem to keep everything cooler. Also don't split where the fins meet the base or just above...
Cheers Mark

When I bought mine on eBay, a nice Chinese dude messaged me through eBay and asked me very specifically what bike I had. Year, size, model, etc. He was pretty adamant about getting this information before sending me radiators. I don't know that there are any differences since I've only ever owned a 2001, but I don't think they will send you a product that doesn't fit. They showed up within 7 days. Overall, pretty impressive service.
