Electrical & Wiring FAQ
FAQ = Frequently Asked Questions...
I am looking to add a frequently added questions section to the website to save space and time.... I will have it partitioned into categories that correspond to the categories in the forum here - engine, electrical, chassis, etc. What do you think should be in the Electrical & Wiring FAQ? thanks, jeff

Questions:
How can I tell what ignition system I have? How many watts does my system put out? Is there any way to get true DC from my EC/DE? Are the iridium plugs really better than the stock ones? How can I get the ignition on '99 to '04 200/250/300 water tight? Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the DE models?

A step-by-step on how to get rid of the turn signal/horn/headlight switch on the handlebars and move it to a more out of the way place.
Optimally, I would like to have a regular kill switch on the left, a horn button on the right--all while hardwiring the headlight for highbeam only. This setup would allow me to cut my bars down while keeping the things that I would like to keep. TP '03 EC 300

where can i find a clear high quality color wiring diagram for my bike, specifically.
trying to put lights on my 07ec300, and cannot find a legible copy of the wiring diagram. ive read several post, and am still searching, but if anyone can give me a link to step by step instructions, pref with pics, on how to get my lighting working id really appreciate it
