broken subframe

i all I've noticed my subframe has broken on the bolt hole, i don't think it can be fixed.
so I'm looking for one to fit a 03 ec3 what others etc will fit

It can be repaired. Find a shop that does aluminum welding.

Absent that, I have my 2005 sub frame for sale. $100.

I have TIG welded several aluminum sub frames for my buddies. Mostly KTM's...go figure

Depending on how bad it is I have also added a piece of solid round (or square) inside the tubing, extending beyond the crack/break on either side, welded one part of the tubing to the round stock, and then a nice full pen weld around the tubing where they meet.

Mine was also broken top left side when i got my bike. Took it to a Aluminium welder, the fixed that plus any other stress fractures,worn spots, etc the sub frame had.

Try one KX steel subframe.
GasGas round section subframes are prone to this. And after frist crack it only becomes worst.

does the kx one weight much more than the gg one

I have a steel GasGas sub-frame and you cant tell the difference.

I've bought the kx one as I've found other stress cracks. I recon it would cost to much to fix and this will do for now as im playing on the idea off getting a transformation kit
