WTB front axle & allen cap screw
The first time I changed the front tire on my 2010 300ec, and the axle seemed to be fused to the inner race of the right side bearing! The only way to get it out was to beat it thru. This however damaged the inner threads on the axle (even using an old deepwell socket) and now I cant get the allen screw to thread in to tighten and apply the lateral pressure needed.
Maybe I can cut off the damaged one or two threads and get a new allen screw... FYI-I cleaned everything so that the axle pushes thru easily now.

You can try running a thread chase to clean the threads up.
You can buy them or just mack one out of the bolt you already have all you need to do is cut a small grove in the end of the bolt about 3-5 threads up and maybe 1/8 or less into the bolt. I use my small rotatory tool with the thin cutoff wheels to make the grove. You mite want to pull the rest of the bolts out (rear axle swingarm linkage) and clean them up.
