Default Still too rich ??!

I changed a needle from stock on NECJ and leave standard the PJ nad MJ. On previous settings bike have more fuel consumption. Now the power is smooth, but if I looked on exhaust he's still too rich. I ran below 1000ft(250m) and around 32F(0'C). Settings should be ok, but looking there are too rich. Is something will change when I change a float level or I should go with lower PJ or main ?

I have one more symptom, when I drop throttle the rpms oscillate.

What is your pilot jet?

what is your main jet?

What is your idle screw setting? (turns out from "in").

What is your air screw setting? (turns out from "in").

Rest is stock

Needle #3 clip
PJ #42
MJ #175
IS #4 turns out
AS #1.5 turns out

I'm thinking about pilot #40 because when engine is hot bike faster starts if I a little open a throttle. But is this change lower oil sputtering on muffler ? But in the other hand now it's cold, so #42 should be ok

A little update:

#7 slide

...and I checked the spark plug, looks good or even a little lean, so settings aren't bad. But why is so much oil on pipe ? On my last motobike Husaberg TE250, when pipe was oiled thats mean rich carb settings. Why in gasser is otherwise ? Where is the reason ? I rode in the same conditions like on Husaberg or even more fast tracks with WOT.

Those big quite core silencers have a blanket for packing if it was run rich at one time it's hard to get it's cleaned out that's why the spooge sound like your jetting is close that what I run in colorado 5-8000'

Never jet according to spooge coming from the pipe. Only proper plug chops will indicate rich/lean condition.

Looked at spark plug, I think to change MJ on #178 and needle on N3CJ. This needle should be a little rich in mid and I've noted when drop throttle from mid open to close an oscilated rpms which is a symptom of lean. During an estart I have to little open a throttle which means is to lean, but correction of AS should make it better I think and leave PJ at this moment.

Do I thinking correct with this settings?
