Default shifter Is there a longer one ?

Is there a shifter that provides more distance from the peg to the shifter ?
Very cramped
Also is ther a clutch lever available ...shorty style?

I'm not sure what you ride moto520, but the EC125 shift lever looks just like the 250/300 lever and is noticeably longer.
As far as the clutch lever I'm not sure? I have always cut the stocker down to make it comfortable. A little time with a Dremel tool and waah law, instant custom shorty clutch lever.

I read that you can get a shorty trials bike lever and it would work. Thats what I did, they come in black only, it fits just fine but ..seems to be about the same length as the stock lever I took off???

The shift lever on my '06 300 is about 1/2 inch longer than the shift lever on my '01 300.

I don't know what year the shift lever changed. You could probably find out from the GasGas parts manuals.

Yep, it is identical except it is longer.
A friend of mine with an 03 EC 250 replaced his OEM short one with the 125 version.
Maybe after all the complaints of the shifter being too short on earlier 250/300 models they eventually switched over to the same one the 125 has... say in 04, I'm not sure? But my 04 and 06 both came equipped with the longer version. So you should be able to replace it with a late model EC 250 part. I replaced one on my 300 once, cause the rivet that holds the foot got loose and sloppy. I bought it through GOFasters they usually have what you need when you need it no mater how obscure.

By the way thats a great bike and makes a great GP, Desert, Hare Scrambles racer with minimal mods.
