I am not aware of any production kits but there are several companies that will build one for you. Do some searches for big bore kits.

why the hell would you want to put more power through one of the world's most unreliable bikes?

Buy one of their 2 strokes and enjoy power, light weight and long serviceable intervals with cheap parts.

Sorry I'd had a couple of drinks. I actually saw one of the 4 strokes on a trail ride, first time in years.

I was actually thinking the same thing but couldn?t think of a nice way to say it. Honestly if you have a 4t gassy that runs don?t mess with it. I was at a dealer when they came out and they weren?t reliable new. They nearly killed the company here in Australia.

The 515's blew up even faster. The 400 was the most reliable of the lot. It's too bad that motor didn't work out. It was a fun bike when it worked.
