I've got a 2012 HOP pipe and silencer on my 2011 gasser. I made 2 flat extensions for the pipe mounts and it fit perfect like Richard (the HOP guy who built the pipe) said it would. He said the silencer wouldn't fit without a lot of work but what I did was cut the forward bracket off the silencer and about an inch off the stinger end of the pipe to get everything to line up. Seems to work great.

the 12 pipe will fit an 11 if you use a longer mounting bracket on top pipe mount,

I have a 2012/2013 HOP pipe & silencer on my 2011 250. I made simple flat extension pieces for the pipe rubber mounting brackets. Very simple and it worked great. The silencer is a different story. I ended up cutting about 1 inch off the stinger end of the expansion chamber so the rear bracket on the silencer would line up with the rear mounting point on the frame. I also had to saw off the front mounting tab on the silencer so it would clear the frame.
