Wanted: powervalve gaskets and parts

Hey guys whilst finishin my top end i doscovered what i had thought was a nut and bolt was a rigged welded piece that broke i need the little triangular piece the pv linkage arm attaches to and the bolt

in that holds it on and gaskets if you have them thanks!!
