Bent foot peg pins

Anyone having problems with bending foot peg pins? Is there a solution for this? I'm 250# A rider and have had this problem on my 08 and 2010 gasser.

i bent/wore some on my 2000 200. the left side one it appears gets worse from the kickstand mount.

I run a 10 mm allen head bolt. Get it long enough so the shaft of the bolt extends the whole length of the peg assy. and then cut the excess threads off. I also use a nylock nut. If your footpeg starts to feel a little sloppy all you have to do is snug up the bolt a little.

We had problems with 05/06 pins breaking, i replaced all of em with Yamaha pins and ended the problem.
