v2 Ohlins steering damper fit '07 EC 250?

Hi,

Anyone got a v2 Ohlins steering damper? I see they say they are only for '09 onwards, but wasn't sure if they just hadn't tested them on older bikes. I can't find anything on fitting instructions and therefore can't check to see what parts need to match.
Any help appreciated.

They are only for the bikes with the "B" frames.

Ohlins said they were for MX use only.
I know a lot of people on KTMTalk were having issues with them.

Thanks for the quick reply. Guess I'll go with the original Scott/Ohlins and have to figure out whether to go with the top or sub - I've read the opinions on here, so would prefer the sub mount, but not sure I'm tall enough

Do also have a look at the Motosportz damper setup. Comes in over or under the bar styles. Under the bar raises the bars maybe 3/4" at most. Nice compact unit and very easy to adjust on the fly. Absolute top customer support from the Motosportz crew should ANY problems arise.
