Default More boot traction

The soles on MX boots suck for a lot of trail riding conditions.
If you ride rocky or rooted areas and sick of your of your foot slipping around, try adding sheet metal screws to the soles of your boots.
#8 x 1/2'' long...they need to be well place so they don't get hung-up on the brake lever.
I put a few few in the toe area and and 3 in the heel, I placed my boot on the foot peg where I normally stand and outlined areas where to place the screws.
Traction wise, the screws are grippers in the rocks and roots...it's nice to have a planted footing when working the bike thru the slimy riverbeds.
