Default water in oil

I have 03 400 there is water in the oil could it be a blown head gasget or much worse.

Likely a water pump seal. Guaranteed not a head gasket. The engine and transmission are 100% independent. When you pull the water pump cover it may have a bunch of corrosion on the shaft, causing the seal to give out. Easy fix.
