Thanks for the offer.
I'm on the other side of the gulf and thought there was a specific kit you had to buy for the carb. I will be getting a bike mechanic to check the bike out and I'm sure he will have one if its just a single jet.

Do you have a fan on your bike for the heat or fill the radiator up with XXXX ?

Its just an OEM needle (ktm or yamaha - either should be able to look it up - ktm will be cheaper). The pilots and mains are OEM Keihin, same as any other bike.

I owned a 2010 for over 300hrs and only had it spitt a little coolant while free riding. 1st gear for extended periods with very little airflow. Not boiling over or cooking. The water jackets and volume of the Gasser radiators provide pretty decent cooling. Same can be said for my 2013 model. I also run quite lean jetting. I doubt you'll need a fan.

XXXX for the rads, Bundy for the rider!

Welcome to the world of Gasgas and to the forum!
I think the only difference between the 15 and 17 is the colour of the plastics and the look of the decals. The 16 models were never for sale (with a few exceptions).
