Reverse for 05 model???

I have a 05' wild 300 two-stroke that I pratically stole at the auction
However there is no manual, tools or basic knowledge of this wicked machine.
The main website in Spain says all 04 05 06 have reverse, US site makes no
mention of reverse. Downloaded 05 manual and it show reverse and the pushbutton in the center of the bars, but this quad has black bars that are
a different bend than those pictured on both websites. I read the fuzzy
schematic and was able to track down wire colors for reverse but I can't find them anywhere, I did find the two disconnected wires but according to schematic they go to a buzzer, (not the horn, that is a different circuit). Do
all machines have reverse??

I don't check this site very often, so sorry for the late reply. You probably know by now that all 300HPs do not have reverse. That is an option. I think all the 07s will have reverse. I have an 04 Reverse model and absolutely love it! It really helps on those "oh, ohs" when you have to back out of the bushes and onto the trail again!

How does the reverse work on the QUAD? The new SKI-DOO (2-stroke) snowmobiles have a reverse that works by slowing down the engine RPM's then adjusting the timing so the motor runs backwards! It's pretty cool! And adds now extra parts.

That's exactly how the quad works. Works great and adds only a few ounces of weight.
