Partfinder UK run a search site for bike breakers. They may be able to help.

My vid on disassembling it: Marzocchi PFP 48mm fork disassembly/reassembly I have a list in the video description of all the hand tools needed.

Like was already mentioned, download the manual, it's free, and read the big Marzocchi 48 thread: http://www.gasgasrider.org/forum/showthread.php?t=11075

If I can figure it out, without a detailed video, I'm sure you can if you have some decent mechanical skills.

I've just spotted these on eBay...do they help you?

All the best, Dave.

Edit.... Ahhh, just realised they are 45mm...

If you don't mind paying for shipping from France, you could try this shop...

https://www.old-mx.fr/suspensions-/1...250300-ec.html

or

https://www.old-mx.fr/suspensions-/1...250300-ec.html

Can anyone tell from the photos what make/size these are? I guess they could be 45mm again.

...

Can you see anything on these pages?

Good luck!
